Hook up your mp3 player to your computer Go to your desktop and double left click on "My Computer" When it opens you will see listing that says "Devices with Removal Storage" your mp3 player should be listed there. Right click on your mp3 player, and a window will open, right click on "Open" and now your files/songs should be visible. Hold the left click down and drag it across all the files/songs that you do not want this will highlight the files/songs you do not want, release, right click and then click on "Delete" Now you mp3 player should be clear of the files/songs you do not want. you should have been provided with a cd with a software for upgrading your device.format your device using windows, (remember dont use quick format) and then install the software from the cd.connect the device and then try to upgrade it. if your system notifies that it isnt able to upgrade or if it says system file error, generate the system file by recording a voice and saving it.then connect it to the pc and upgrade. hope your problem is tackled.have a nice day

I had to fix my boss's digital photo frame today and it looks like it was a power supply issue. All i did to fix it was connect a usb cable AND the powersupply. The frame turned on right away. The power supply may not be able to output enough juice for powering up the frame.

Are you using the charging cables that came with it? That is a type C. Are you securely attaching the charging cable? A loose connection would keep the battery from charging. If you had a low battery, you would see a red light. That you have no light at all suggests there is no charge left in the battery. I'm not sure the reset will work with no charge which is why you ought to check the cables first. But turn it off and then hold down the Multifunction button for 10 seconds to reset it.
