I believe you are trying to say that your touch screen isn't working. Your touch screen is probably locked. Its similar to a button hold lock, when this is activated, you can't press any buttons do anything unless you unlock it. To unlock the touch screen, press the ON/OFF button (don't hold the button for a long period of time. A message will appear on your screen asking for your conformation (approval) to perform the task. If that doesn't work, tap the TOOLS option, then select SETTINGS, and choose SCREEN. Once you've done that, choose the "Touch Screen Calibration" button and follow on-screen instructions given. If the second solution doesn't work, the "Touch Screen Calibration" option can be forced by using a feature called 'System Recovery'. To do a system recovery, Press and hold the Power button, then the Volume + button as soon as possible until you see a white screen, as system recovery is beginning. While this is happening, you will not be able to use the touchscreen to navigate between items. In order to navigate between items, you will have to use the Volume + & Volume - buttons and use the Power button to validate your selected task. The system recovery feature gives you a lot of options. Select the "Touch Screen Calibration" option and follow on-screen instructions given. I hope this activates your touch screen again.

have you tried the reset button on the unit

the appslib apk is located in the actual system. mine wasn't loaded either. you must go into the apps menu (tab on the right side), the click on the file program, chose the internal memory tab, then system tab, then apk, scroll down to common and load the appslib apk, but only problem i'm having is the same as other people and that is the appslib is not loading.

what action have you taken with this problem as the same has happened to me

Are you putting the right filetype in?
Some players have problems with different formats, like wmv, mp4 etc.
Try converting the files into another format that you know works, and see if that changes anything.
Software updates are supposed to *fix* problems, not create them! ;)
You might also want to check out the manufacturers website, and see if anyone else has come across this issue, and see if they have a solution, or even try their tech suppor if they have one(most do).

Deleting Files,Pictures,Videos,Audio
Books, Apps,etc. from MP3 Player/Ipod

Hook up your mp3 player to your computer
Go to your desktop and double left click on "My Computer"
When it opens you will see listing that says "Devices with Removal Storage" your mp3 player should be listed there.
Right click on your mp3 player, and a window will open, right click on "Open" and now your files/songs should be visible.
Hold the left click down and drag it across all the files/songs that you do not want this will highlight the files/songs you do not want, release,right click and then click on "Delete"
Now you mp3 player should be clear of the files/songs you do not want.
BE CAREFUL and do not delete files needed to operate your MP3 player.

You should get to the "language and region settings" from the menu, and choose a language. If you see everything in german, the help I can give you at first that language means german as "sprache".
If this is not enough you should need a dictionary or a web-translator page on the internet.

Uninstall the appslib first then try to install it.

You can change the language by going to Settings->Language & Keyboard Settings->Select Language. Choose English (United States) and all should be well.

Also make sure that you have the correct time zone selected at Settings->Date & Time->Select Time Zone.

Poker Stars does need to be installed on a Windows machine because it is an executable file. The Archos 7 won't support it.

Did you drop your device? It`s rather hard to brake the integrated wifi. Does everything else work? If yes, than wifi in your device is dead. Return to the seller (if within warranty) or find out if there is any chance to replace the main board. The latter option is very costly, circa 250 bucks. If your lucky enough to find the replacement board anyway.
