Hi, it is the software that has crashed and requires a full software reimage. The LCD ribbon cable must be replaced. You will need to take it to the repairers who can connect to computer and reload fresh image.
The cheapest place would be one of those small independent phone shops as the bigger one will have to send it off and you will be charged extra for this, the smaller phone shop should be able to fix it while you wait or the next day at the latest. GoodLuck=)

If you meant watch, then open menu , open organiser and then clock/calender settings.

If this is the switch then you must get help to desolder and remove fromthe mainboard the old swittch and install a new one.
