The document also covers lost codes, saying, "If You Forget a Code, PIN, or Password Note: Your phone's 4-digit unlock code is originally set to 1234, and the 6-digit security code is originally set to 000000. Many service providers reset the unlock code to the last 4 digits of your phone number before you receive your phone. If you forget your unlock code, try entering 1234 or the last 4 digits of your phone number. If that does not work, do the following (and shows a graphic of doing...) Hi, am very sorry,the model of the phone you are using does not have the capacity to retrieve test messages.If you have a phone that has access to internet and has a large memory size, with software and USB cable, e t c,I guess you could save your messages on a PC and later retrieve such message back.

You can get a higher phone of yours and am sure that will save you the stress next time.

Either the flip assembly has a problem with the ribbon cable and needs a flip assembly replacement or the LCD screen is defective, replace the flip assembly if not its the main board, either case the phone has to be swapped or replaced ( flip assembly first if not then whole phone or main board.

What memory is set when you are saving messages or images? There are two kinds which your phone can save those; phone memory or memory card.

Try to figure out what you phone is currently set to use and free up space from there.

It might be the case that your USB cable is old. Since you have been using it for so many years.Better try with other machine the same USB cable and then come into any conclusion.
