What I say as per my experience is a NO, paying for a master code to a 3rd party is a total risk.
I'll highly recommend you to contact the service center, they have definite ways to recover the password, or if they can't recover the password, they will definitely be able to get that file for you.
Although there are ways to reset your phone to clear that code, but the issue is to get that file before doing anything, and the most reliable source to get this thing done is a service center. Not at all the remote code providers.

Unfortunately you cannot, it is unsupported. It is possible that in the future someone may choose to port it and make it run on your phone, but for now, it is not possible. Sorry.

Do a factory reset to return your phone to its original state just like the first time you turned it on.
Be sure to back up any data and files you want to keep before you do a factory reset. Performing a factory reset via settings
The most convenient way to do a factory reset is via the phone settings.
From the Home screen, press MENU, and then tap Settings. Tap SD & phone storage > Factory data reset. Tap Reset phone, and then tap Erase everything.
Performing a factory reset using the phone buttons
If you can't turn on your phone or access the phone settings, you can still perform a factory reset by using the buttons on the phone.
With the phone turned off, press and hold the VOLUME DOWN button, and then briefly press the POWER button. Wait for the screen with the three Android images to appear, and then release the VOLUME DOWN button. Press VOLUME DOWN to select FACTORY RESET, and then press the POWER button.
After successful reset, observe if the phone will be normal again.

Hi there. It sounds like there is something wrong at the carrier end, not wrong with your phone. Call your providers support line and ask for technical assistance to make sure that the network has no problems in your area. They should have a solution, or at least an explanation for you. Alex

Since your phone is locked, it means you need to unlock the phone to be able to use it again. It is certain that you cannot unlock this phone for free, anywhere or on any site.
Though there are some phones that can be unlock for free, but unfortunately, yours cannot be unlocked for free because it is a new model phone.
Some sites offer to unlock phones and charge some amount of money, but I won't recommend that for you because those unlock codes are not reliable.
I would advice that you take the phone to a phone tech within your area/vicinity, and your phone will be unlocked there within a couple of minutes. The phone code will be reset with with computer using a phone cable. I'm sure you do not have the facilities to unlock your phone that's why I'm referring you to a phone tech.

In summary, there are two was methods by which you can unlock the phone. 1. it's either you take it to a phone repair shop and get it unlocked or 2. visit any of the above links, and follow instructions to unlock.

some phones especially smartphones tend to run hot, however not to the point of affecting the phones performance, i suggest removing the battery allowing it to cool and then attempting to charge the battery.
If the problem persists contact a service representative and try to get a new battery as yours is likely defective. depending on the age of the phone you may get one for free, or have to pay for it to be replaced.

if you don't have problem to shut down it and restart do this. start your phone after sometime.

Synchronize the phone to your PC. Remove the memory card and do a factory default.

Use maintenance softwares like DinarSoft MemMaid, Pocket mechanic professional or SK Tools or freeing ram, cleaning invalid registry entries etc..it helps quite a bit...

This means that your HTC Smart does not support the Arabic or Persian Language.

take your phone to a mobile shop and ask them if they can install the language for you.

There is an app on the market called Ibrahim Arabic Keyboard that is free. Download and install it and you should be able to write sms messages in Arabic.

In that case you should change the sensor of your mobile's screen.For that you should go to a near by servicing center.They will change the sensor of the screen.

you may need to download the htc synce suit wich can be found on the hct web site.

It is usually the last four digits of your phone number.

Make sure after turning on Wifi on your phone that you go into menu>settings>wireless and network setting>wifi settings and you select the proper network.
