The Pound Sterling sign is available. Please follow these steps:

1. On the keyboard hit the ?123 keyboard to bring out the numbers and symbols layout.
2. Now, hit ALT to show the alternate symbols layout. The Pound Sterling symbol is available in place of # in this layout.

Mine did that and advise given to me was to check that there is no dust under the plastic screen protector (assuming you have put one on your phone) Even the tiniest piece of dust will make the phone think you are attempting a command and therefore wont accept another command at the same time. It was suggested to me that I use a pin or slim credit card and run it around the outer edge of the screen. I was stunned when it fixed it immediately. I thought the idea sounded stupid. There you go!

You need to first install activesync, this will then install the USB drivers for XP. Once this is done, then connect your device and your PC should see your mobile.
If you still having problems, trying removing the unknown device from Device Manager.
1. Click start 2. Right click on My Computer 3. Go to Properties 4. Go to Device Manager 5. Check for a yellow triangle with an exclamation mark 6. Remove this device 7. Follow instructions above

It means that a text massage did not send correctly.

It doesnot support arabix by default. you must download the language files from the android website and then load them to the phone
