How do I unlock the number key on my E6500 latitude keyboard
Hi Tiffany,
Found this after googling .....
Here is how you enable the number lock feature:
1) While booting up press F2 repeatedly
2) After the Dell logo appears, you will be diverted to a Settings menu
3) Expand "POST behavior"
4) Select "Keypad (Embedded)"
5) Press the "By Num Lock" button
6)Press "Apply"
7)Press "Exit"
Will not charge
The power port on the laptop may be bad. Get a known good AC adapter and test with it. If it doesn't work, the power port on the laptop needs to be replaced.

Plugged in not charging
Is your new battery capasity higher than the other one you used before? If so, than the charger may not support or have enought wattage for the new battery

Right cllick on your desktop and choose personalize. At the bottom of the left panel click display and then click change display settings. Click on the orientation drop down menu and change it to landscape.
