You might try choosing the Whole wheat program. It has longer rise times.

There is a conflict in your question. One part indicates you need a pan for a model 41030 and another part indicates a need for the model 41089. Please clarify. If it is for the 41030 I have your pan you can reach me at breadmachineshelp.com or email me at [email protected]

If the paddles (blades) are stuck to the bread pan shafts, soak them in warm water until the bread in the paddle softens.

You need a new pan. Go to www.westbend.com com. Click on the 'Support' tab. Click on 'Replacement parts. Click on 'Bread Machines'. Choose your bread machine model number.Good luck from Detroit, MI.
