Bread pan Capacities

Here is how you determine the size of loaf you can bake in your machine. You need to determine the capacity of your pan. Fill your pan with water and measure the cups added so you know how many cups of water are in the pan when it is full to the very top. Here are the conversions:

1)If your pan holds less than 10 cups of water you can make: a 1 pound loaf

2)If your pan holds 10 cups of water you can make: a 1 pound loaf and a 1.5 pound loaf

3)If your pan holds 12 cups you can make: a 1 pound, 1.5 pound, and a 2.0 pound loaf

This is rare, but if you pan holds 14 cups or more you can make all the above plus a 2.5 pound loaf

Hi, A few things may cause this problem. Make sure the bread pan is inserted correctly in the machine. If ok, then take the bread pan out of the machine and see if you can turn the paddle by hand. It should turn nice and smooth, If it sticks or does not move then the sealed bearing that the paddle spins on has failed. If that's okay then keep the pan out of the machine and start a kneading cycle. Look through the lid window and see if the motor shaft is turning smoothly. If no then the belt is loose, broken, or has fallen off the pulley.. Good luck Hank
