Leapster Learning System "code secret" Questions

I can't enter one of the secret codes from my leapster enter the first word from the code ex: hiking dora...put in just 'hiking' :)

we entered our secret code for diego which my son worked very hard for and the response is that it's not correct???? Us too. Try just ANIMAL, the first word.

My daughter got secret codes "rafting dora", "hiking dora" and "special princess" using her leapster, but when I put them in on the web page it does not work Only enter the first word (i.e. "rafting")
