bike over you'll see it passes each of the solenoids pretty much coming in contact with them as it turns. Your problem is that the metal T isn't connecting with the solenoids. Either get new solenoids
spin with the rear wheel while being turned by hand in neutral. There in nothing wrong with your bike, this is caused buy inertia. Just things spinning around. You would have to set the brakes to stop
