YOU DONT NEED SETTINGS TO SYNC CARBS. YOU NEED A CARB SYNC GAUGE. TURN THE SYNC SCREW UNTIL BOTH GAUGES READ THE SAME! AS FAR AS THE SLOW SPEED ADJ. USUALLY 2-2.5 TURNS OUT FROM BOTTOMED WILL SUFFICE
