NO COMPRESSION blown rings, bad piston/cylinder tolerance, valve stuck open, spark plugs loose, hole in piston. be more specific.

piston, the rings could be stuck and not have good compression. It should show 120 psi or more. Also can pull off the exhaust and look in the exhaust port to see the rings, piston, and cylinder walls.

piston ring area and some heat. Then a wood stake and a mallet with a couple solid hits might unstick the rings. Of course, after that...the head, rings and probably the piston are all gonna be scrap!
