Poulan 2-Stroke Engine Oil - 24 Pack  "homelite weed eater fuel mixture" Questions

I used poulan 2 stroke weed eater engine oil in a homelite gas weed eater. now, it will not start! What can I do. Check your fuel mixture and remove the spark plug and clean it.
