...regularly all orings seem to be in good shape?????? The plunger or anvil has damage, or your return spring in the chamber is broken. This could also be caused by mechanical issue in the anvil

return to up position to reload brad nail. Strip and clean the whole diaphragm and spring arrangement. Also check whether a bad nail hasn't damaged the piston guide and caused it to jam when on return

nailer shoots one nail then the driver will not retract. Several things. Return spring broken. Anvil guide has damage (burrs, etc) Chamber needs oil.

...out wont retract fires one nail then firing pin stays out Check the anvil guide for damage first (ie: burrs, nicks, etc.) Then go to the chamber for the return spring. That is where your problems

...easily push the pin back with the air on or off. Gun has been disasembled cleaned and reassembled. Worked good for 10-5 nails???????? Return spring is week and the chamber may need more

If it does not fire it may be that the piston is not fully retracting. Since it is new, I would be returning it to the store where it was purchased. Hope this helps
