can you cap off an old jetted tub currently there are no solutions out there for plugging off the jets in a whirlpool tub.

tub is encased in tile with NO access. Is there a way to plug the jacuzzi line holes so I can use it as just a regular tub?? I dont want to break out the tile right now and pull the tub out to fix the
