screen is blue it has been taken off wall think something may have been touched/flicked For some reason the screen is blue it is mounted on a wall and is only used to display results at a golf course.

Screen occasionally has distorted/wash-out colors (white become blue and bleeding) Try another source device to verify if the issue occurs with all source devices or just one.
