I changed the clutch master cylinder and the clutch slave cylinder on my 97 sidekick and I still have no pedal You have to bleed the system.

clutch M/C drain an fill. so the cap tells you its DOT-3/4 so bleed it just like brakes, ever do those before. if not watch any of 100s of youtube videos on that and clutch. there are 5 ways to do it.

bleed your clutch. make sure the cap is on all the way, then have someone  press the pedal to floor, open the bleed valve to let air escape and close it back. repeat it 3 or 4 times and it should
