1995 Saturn Sc "problems relay" Questions

my saturn was cutting off after awhile,when that happened i checked for fuel and did not have any pressure then i changed the fuel pump and it is still happening and i can not find the fuel pump relay

radiator fan will not come on. even after a/c is turned on. found blown fuse in fuse/relay box. replaced it and it still won't come on. shouldnt it come on if a/c is turned on? no motor must reach set
