2005 Jaguar S-Type "brake cable park" Questions

...default what could this be and how much will it cost to fix or could i do it myself . its not drivable right now is this the model with electric operated parking brake or the older type with a cable

brake first ( I have a BAD habit of not doing this ) Best solution, avoid inclines park on flat surfaces. You can try rocking the car although this is not good for your transmission . You can also try
