won't even turn over, fuel pump doesn't run when the key is turned and nothing on the dash works. Driving lights turn on with the headlight switch. Dome lights come on. Is there a fusible link

won't start again. No check enhine light to find out codes. What does the security circuit or auto shutdown have to have it shut down?? also when batery cable is offand we put it back on it sparks
