1998 Subaru Legacy "fuse clock outback" Questions

Cannot see a fuse for this light. What can i try next? 2003 Subaru Outback Here is a diagram for the fuse box. Looks like fuse 12 is for the clock and interior lights.I hop3 this info helps!~subyguru
