bad. did not change. stopped at stop sign and car wont move. diagnostic machine code said torque convertor locked.. could this just be the speed sensor. never had any transmission slipping or anything

...its the output speed sensor. but then again dodge has had issues with wires breaking or being melted if to close to the exhaust. look for visible signs of bad wires.
