check engine code 41 appeared changed alternator and battery still same issue but check engine code 47 now Seems you still have a charging system problem since code 47 means Battery voltage is too low

engine codes for 93 grand cherokee came up with 12 and 47 Code 12 is Battery voltage to PCM disconnected within last 50 key-on cycles.  So it's not a problem.Code 47 is Battery under voltage.
