...a few things . first have you burped the system? second the heator core could be starting too plug up , try flushing the system, if that doesnt work then you will have too replace the heater

heater is switched to hot but the blower fan is off bleed out some coolant until the air stops bubbling out if this doesnt work you may need a new idle control valve situated behind the inlet manifold
