1994 Ford F350 Crew Cab "blowing blue smoke diesel" Questions

blue/white smoke,extreme amount of burned oil and diesel smell @ rear of truck,muffler and entire exaust covered with what looks like (wet)motor oil mixed w/ diesel after driving .It just blows out so
