right blinker issue sounds like you have one bulb out either front or rear check them both. The left blinker issue sounds like either bulbs(both out) or fuse, or worst case blinker switch has gone bad

blinker will come on when i turn it on but wont blink/click what could be wrong ? If the right side works correctly than you have a burnt out bulb on the left side. Compare the bulbs that are blinking
