1998 Dodge Ram 1500 4WD "p0443" Questions

I have a 2001 dodge ram 1500 code P0443 code came on code p0455 code was on I replace the purge valve then the code p0443 came on code p0443=It's whining about the control circuit for the purge valve.

i am getting a p0443 trouble code in my dodge, no driving problems, not rough running & i don't know where the purge valve is http://www.obd-codes.com/p0443 this is a difficult question to answer ...
