...There are shims that can be moved but unless thaqt car never went outside the will be probley frozen.Is it the toe that is off or the camber you said out at the top,that sounds like camber

HOW CAN I FREE UP THE TOE ALIGNMENT BOLTS ON THE REAR OF MY 2012 SUZUKI KIZASHI THAT ARE FROZEN? Use a penetrating oil or heat them with an acetylene torch.
