rear hatch doesn't open but th glass works fine. I think the problem is the lock actuator because when locking/unlocking the car, you can't hear the rear actuator making any noise, does the rear hatch
rear hatch will not unlock so no outside access to rear. All other locks work though. check the rear hatch electric lock. It may have a wire that came loose from shutting the door hard over time. Hope
