1991 Oldsmobile Ninety Eight "98 olds stalling" Questions

olds 98 sets engine codes 41,48, and 63. stalls intermittently, but starts up again and runs fine. Before it stalls, the speedomoter blips down to half the speed and goes back up to the correct speed.
