2006 Chevrolet Uplander "spark plug wiring 1990 chevy" Questions

my 1990 chevy will not start. i replaced the IAC, the fuel pump, the fuel filter, the spark plugs and wires. it has multi port fuel injection. No Cap. Do you have good spark at all wires?
