struts are in very poor condition do the boots come with new struts or do I need to buy them separatly? Also he does not have the equipment to do a wheel alignment at his shop, is it safe to drive car

what will bad struts cause?? Front and back? Noise and poor handling. A rough and/or bouncy ride. Wear on your tires and alignment can be affected. Longer stopping distance.
