earphones but the left earbud is the only one that plays sound. The headphone jack module needs to be replaced you can try to do it yourself if you're tech savy, There are specialized online tutorials

on the net for any software that allow you to inclease volume (although im not sure if there are any for your model), or you can try a better set of earphones, that will give you more power. good luck
