Frigidaire double oven has one element not working in each oven I have a Frigidaire GLEB27T8CBA double oven. Top oven broiler element does not work. Lower oven bake element does not work. All elements

I have a Frigidaire GLEB27T8CBA double oven. The bake element on the top oven has no power. Bottom oven works fine. I ohms checked everything. Element is good just no power? Most likely relay on board
