La Crosse Radio Controlled Atomic Clock "wrong time" Questions

The time , date and temps are correct on my Lacrosse atomic digital clock, but I can not get the day to change to correct day Your time may be off by 12 hours or in the wrong time zone.

My clock did not reset for dayloght savings time and when I manually reset it it returns back to the wrong time. The DST option is in the off position. Turn it on....
