...wont load dvd's cd go in half way or so and come back out It needs to have the cd mech replaced. take it to a shop that services Dual. the xdvd700 wont take a cd or dvd what can i do to fix

Wont load or eject I hooked up my head unit last night, and pretty much everything works, but the head unit will not load or eject CD's and obviously DVD's. Is there a wire that I possibly didn't hook
