cant get off silent mode phone wont ring I assume you are saying it is in mute mode? Press the talk button and you turn mute on/off with the mute button lower left. Screen will inform you if on/off.

I put the phone on mute by mistake how do I turn the off. Press the Mute button a second time :>) Stop call and redial mute should be reset to off.
