...i fixed it: First, turn on Sandisk and go to settings , then scroll down to USB, and change the option selected, try both, see which one works, Hope this works Unhide the files thro folder options

files are hidden. Try to unhide them in windows folder option. goto my copmuter > look all the way on the top and press "tools" > then press "folder option" > then goto the "view" tab > then look down
