IBM ThinkPad R32 2658 Notebook "windows shuts down itunes plug" Questions

...hidden devices has a yellow ! flag on it. How can I fix this problem? Windows will sometimes not shut down, especially after I've been working in itunes. Any help would greatly be appreciated. ...
