2007 Hyundai Getz 1.6 "error 5 radio cd" Questions

Everytime I put CD in Hyundai Mp3-03 player, Error 5 pop up and eject the cd out side. Radio is working but Cd player is not? How to fix this? Clean optic head in CD player .
