JVC HD-52Z575 52" Rear Projection HDTV-Ready Television "inch ila" Questions

I have a 52 inch JVC HD ILA that won't turn on...the red light and the blue (power) light are both flashing..... the tv worked a few hours ago. seems like the bulb has blown
