Moultrie Game Spy D555i Trail Camera "customer service" Questions

customer service and they had me do another format as well as a hard reset on the trail cam which has not changed anything so far. I have also tried a formatted class 4 SD card (formats were in FAT32)

...should say no card at this time. If doesn't turn camera off put sandisk sdhc card in it. Test camera again if still not working Moultire will help you I have talked them great customer
