my windos not found on lap Exactly what error-message(s) do you get? It's possible that your disk-drive has "failed". Obviously, Windows cannot be loaded from a "dead" disk-drive.

Speaker is on, but no sound, check device manager sound driver is okay including codec Check your volume settings in taskbar. Also try earphones to see if its a dead speaker problem.
