Mitsubishi WS-55807 TV "crack image inside" Questions

...image, except maybe 1 out of 25 tries, then it works fine...short of not turning it off what's up. I have removed all other power draws from the socket, pulled the plug and let it completely power ...

...image look triple. This tv was a gift from a friend and we moved it a lot to take it upstairs... maybe that screwed up something. Hope you can help me You have a convergence problem, if it happened ...
