self propel barely moving... any adjustment? Generally other than very slight cable slack cancelling a new belt is your best bet for a slowing driveline.
slack is out of the cable press the self propel handle in about a half of an inch. This should be close to what it was from the factory. Then re tighten the nut. And check the self propel to make sure
