Timex 5B841 Wristwatch "1440 changing time mode" Questions

time times 1440 sports watch. I can't set the time. How do you change the time and date? Press and hold the top left button (mode) until the numbers start blinking. On mine this is the alarm time set.

1440. Go to the Time and Date section. The key was to hold down the SET button till the seconds flashes, then use START/SPLIT to adjust the value and MODE to toggle to the next field etc. Best of luck
