There are 3 drains under the camper. A red and blue together, and a separate blue. Water is leaking from the separate blue - what is this drain for? Our holding tank is empty, we are connected to CA psite''s water supply.

On my rv they are low point drains for emptying the lines before winterization. Blue is cold water and red is hot water. There should be valves somewhere near them. For normal operation the valves should be closed. Sounds like one is partially open or leaking.
Testimonial: "Thanks. Turned out that water was getting into the holding tank because the valve, which should have only allowed water one way, wasn't working properly. It is now un-stuck and we leave it open when not porting water."
Contact the manufacturer of the coach for their owner's manual. However, each appliance will have a separate owner's manual form its perspective manufacturer, i.e., Water Heater = Suburban, A/C = Dometic, Refrigerator = Norcold, etc.. There will not be a diagram of electrical or plumbing as a majority of the RV manufacturers do not publish that information.
