most likely by the hot water tank it might be under the unit int he " garage area" or behind a screwed on panel by the main kitchen sink area there are 2 t vales one red ( by pass) the other might be white main water inlet and the panel or wall might have a sticker telling you which way to move it. or the newer units have the valves right be side the hookups for tv and waste hose etc.
If you're talking about the drain valves, most RVs have them on the left side of the RV in the same compartment with the water and electric hookups. There should be 2 lines, one that is almost twice the diameter of the other. The larger line is for black water and the smaller one is gray water. You should always drain the black water tank first so that when you drain the gray water it flushes the really nasty stuff from your drain hose.
