Why does 15 amp awning fuse keep blowing?

Not sure what you mean by "middle arm" and are you referring to the patio awning? What is your RV?

Look in the 12v fuse/breaker panel. Turn them off, one at a time and identify what each controls if not labeled.

I would believe the awning is not in the tongue. The tongue fuse is for the 12 coming in from the tow vehicle.
Look for the battery converter, and the fuse panel will be close by.. fuses should be marked by the factory.
If not marked, then go back to the awning switch and verify with a metwe you have 12 volts

That's an interesting question as for me because every single year the market shows us new manufacturers which are even better then the previous ones. For example the latest source

Contact your awning's manufacture for corrective procedures. If not repairable it may be covered under warranty or home owner's insurance.

Likely, the fuse for your awning system has blown. Check your 12v fuse panel.

i have seen a meter lie, it shows a good circuit, but when a load is applied the circuit breaks, try a test light to see if the breakers hold

The slides and power awning use inline circuit breakers due to the higher amp draw. These circuit breakers are typically located near the front of the unit. Sometimes in the storage compartment, on the inside of the tongue, behind the front cross member... Follow the positive battery cable back until you fond a series of rectangle boxes (small with a wire connected to each end). Some of these circuit breakers are automatic reset, others have a small black button on the side that will need to be pushed back in. You may also need to ensure that all of the terminal nuts are tight.
